This newly renumbered episode of Adventures in Education goes back to my original inspiration that would eventually result in the series on RVTV in Ashland, Oregon. It takes viewers back to my first use of digital video in helping students advance in English proficiency and follows a student video project that was shown to other students at the Bear Creek Watershed Symposium in 2008. The video they presented was entitled Bear Creek Watershed: Our Natural Community, My inspiration came from the elevated level of English the students gravitated toward, and the looks of admiration they got from students from other schools who watched their video. I share this eperience with viewers in this new first episode entitled Seeds of Adventures.
